Not so long ago I wrote a blog post all about how I was introducing accessories more and more into my daily looks. Ever since then I have gotten into the habit of reaching for certain pieces of jewellery every single day. So, I thought I would share some pieces I am loving as my jewellery collection slowly expands. Once again with the help of the incredible collections at Astley Clarke. From the colourful and slightly more statement pieces I shared last time, to the more dainty and gold pieces I have here, they have such a huge selection online!
Also, very exciting and not something I have been able to do before, but I have a discount code for you all if anything should take your fancy! You can get 15% off anything online with the code 'SFTS15', which is very exciting and hopefully will tempt some of you into treating yourselves.
I wanted to share my favourite pieces with some everyday looks, to really showcase how they are working with the sort of combinations you all know I love so much. Pieces I can guarantee will work with everything I wear, for both day and night.
I think if I had to pick from everything featured in this post, my favourite things would be the rings I have on. Since acquiring this ring, and then this one too, I have been experimenting more and more with layering different ones. The Flash Interstellar Ring is possibly my favourite of them all, I love the subtle bling and the way the zig-zag shape takes up so much space on the finger whilst still looking and feeling delicate and feminine.
I remember mentioning in the last post that bracelets are something I can often neglect. I wear a huge watch every day, so my wrist always feel complete with that alone, making bracelets something I often forget to add on. But these two gold ones are stunning and worth making a mental note to not neglect. I especially love the one with the world on it, recently I have had itchy feet like never before and Air B&B is becoming one of my most frequented websites, so this bracelet seems incredibly fitting for where my life is at right now. I also have been wearing earrings more and more recently. These small ones remind of little sunshines which I love, again it sort of ties in with my wanderlust theme!
EARRINGS: ASTLEY CLARKE | WORLD BRACELET: ASTLEY CLARKE | GOLD BAR BRACELET: ASTLEY CLARKE | STAR SIGN NECKLACE: ASTLEY CLARKE | TIGERS EYE RING: ASTLEY CLARKE | ZIG-ZAG RING: ASTLEY CLARKE | MIDI RING: ASTLEY CLARKE
Onto the next outfit! I have some of the same pieces here, like the two bracelets and the star sign necklace. Just like with the world bracelet, I love the personal touch of the star signs, although it's a little less subtle than the world one I suppose. However, the design certainly is subtle - just a small symbol to represent your sign. Scorpio in my case, and I really do possess many of the typical Scorpio characteristics too!
The other necklace is very reminiscent of the Colour of Calder collection I featured last time, which really opened my eyes to jewellery that featured some sort of colour too! The dark green is so gorgeous, and the slightly longer chain means it is a great one to layer up with other necklaces too. I always love that look so much on other people.
I have a couple of different rings on this time, but again one is a midi and one a normal one. The simplicity of the designs of many of the Astley Clarke rings means you could totally get away with just ordering a small size and wearing a ring as a midi one, even if it wasn't intended to be so.
All in all I feel like I am on a journey with my jewellery collection and accessorising, and I will be taking you all along with me. A combination of seeing the benefit of having a strong jewellery collection and the way it updates your outfits, along with actually remembering to reach for pieces every single day are slowly turning me into a jewellery addict and I find myself noticing it on other people more and more too!
Don't forget about the 15% off with SFTS15 online too, do let me know what you go for if you order anything too!
