LFW Outfit Planning

Hey guys! I have been really looking forward to sharing this video, and I would love to know what you all think of what I plan to wear. I also wanted to take a moment to discuss dressing for Fashion Week in general. I find it pretty intimidating at times, it really is the time of year you want to feel and look your best. It's been mentioned many times that it seems increasingly as though people dress for the streetstyle photographers, in completely OTT outfits designed only to be eye-catching and not necessarily inspiring. I think this is very true, and while I don't agree with exhibiting style in that way, I can completely understand the motives. Of course it feels amazing if you get snapped, who wouldn't want to be recognised for their style at the most stylish event of the year?! But while I understand the motives of the girls prancing around the streets in OTT outfits, it's just not for me. I am lucky in that over the three Fashion Week's I have attended, it has become increasingly busy for me in terms of work. And so, I need to be focused on that. If I am uncomfortable in an outfit, I will be worried and fussing about that all day, and not focusing on the task at hand! So with that in mind, I want to stick to 'me' with my outfits, but the best version of that. It's important to have fun, to stretch the boundaries of your comfort zones, and to really put your styling skills to the test. But if you're uncomfortable in what you're wearing it is always going to show.

I will of course be sharing my looks on here, and I am going to be in Paris for a few days of Fashion Week so I will be blogging all about that too.

Let me know your thoughts on these looks, and have a lovely Sunday!
