I got to spend a couple of days in Paris last week, which was extra dreamy for a number of reasons.
1. It was with Jigsaw, one of my all time favourite brands. Their A/W collection is the best yet, and I have a wish list as long as my arm.
2. We got to stay at the new Hoxton hotel, which is incredible, all of their hotels are amazing but this one is extra special. I've got lots of photos of it to share on Wednesday.
3. I was with the most incredible group of girls, which made it the best trip ever. More on that later this week, because I spent a tonne of timing sneakily taking photos of them all!
Nothing really beats shooting on the streets of Paris, but it's extra special when you love an outfit as much as I love this one. As I said, we were there with Jigsaw, so all of the looks I wore had something from their new collection involved. For this look that's the cardigan and the jacket. WHERE do I begin with this?! I have been banging on about cardigans for a few weeks now, and this is the second in what I hope to be a growing collection. It's cashmere so incredible soft, and is more fitted than the & Other Stories one I have, so it brings a very different vibe. Best worn with a couple of buttons undone and some necklaces to draw attention to the neck line, I love it. As for the jacket, I am not sure I need to explain why I like it, because it is a very 'me' piece. That longline length, gorgeous tailoring, a thick wool fabric that makes it hang off the body perfectly. Get ready to see this one a lot on here, because it's a firm favourite already. And what better than styling a new favourite, with other pieces I have been wearing pretty constantly recently. My Topshop jeans that don't need any more praising from me, and my red Dune boots - I always get a compliment on these when I wear them!
So this week we will be mostly transported to Paris with my content - I have just short of a million film photos to share, lots of love to share for the girls I was there with, and lots more gorgeous pieces from Jigsaw too. Thank you to both Jigsaw and the Hoxton for having me on such a lovely trip!
