I promised you the knobbly knees would be making an appearance! I thought I would share with you today a classic LBD as a bit of a party look. Oh I LOVE this look so so much, so simple but I felt so nice in it. The dress is so perfect for me; the high neck, the length, the colour (obvs) and the subtle detail of the texture. I BLOODY LOVE IT! Not one to shave my legs more than absolutely necessary I added on these sheer tights. The back seam is the most amazing detail to them, and I love how it's a 'party in the back' situation and doesn't look like too much from the front at all. Finished off with my newish shoe addition; these gorgeous Jil Sander boots that I bought while in Berlin. I know I'm going to get a lot of wear of these - they look amaaaazing and are also really comfy and easy to walk in. They are available in a few different colour ways too if you are interested in some that a little bit more of a statement.
So I was just vlogging right this very second about how I don't know what to write in this post and am currently in the midst of a huge case of mush brain. There are so many topical blog posts which I love to read and I feel like I can never come up with them myself!! But, I guess that in itself qualifies as a topic?!? I think we all know some pretty meaty posts may be gracing your favourite blogs over the next few weeks as the New Year closes in, and as my mind moves closer to that it has left the present day altogether and leaves me with not much more to say than 'this dress is black and nice'. So, please forgive me for leaving it with that for now - I promise I do have so much in my head I want to share, just not quite yet!
