I think this Summer is the Summer I need to get back into jumpsuits. Through my late teens they were very much a part of my wardrobe; for nights out and holidays in particular. They are certainly effortless to style, one piece from head to toe and you are pretty much sorted. They certainly lend themselves to an evening looks, but I think this would look just as cool with some trainers and a biker jacket (definitely some utility vibes going on there, and I certainly don't see anything wrong in that).
I do love how androgynous a jumpsuit can feel, especially one like this with the lapels, button down and the long sleeves. Just like my love for suits for an evening wear option, some androgyny is always the perfect element to add into a look to mix things up a little bit. Paired with dainty gold jewellery, and some killer heels and it's such a easy look to put together but looks and feels so so good. I used to worry about the length of jumpsuits a lot, always wanting them to sweep the floor which restricted things for me as I am tall. However, I now love the slight awkwardness that comes with a shorter leg length, and it shows off the shoes you opt with perfectly too. I think
The only downside I can think of is the fact you have to get naked when you need a wee, but it's totally worth it, just remember not to invite the new best friend you just drunkenly made by the sinks into the toilet with you.
