Between sharing on Instagram and the video I shared on Sunday I already feel like you guys might be sick of the sight of this blazer. But I have some more photos to share here, and I also plan on wearing it a lot more, so it isn't going anywhere anytime soon.
Both of these looks you have seen before if you watched the Sunday video, and I wanted to take a minute to say a huge thank you for how many amazing comments you guys left on that. Dean and I worked hard on it, and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. I have been saying for ages that I want to use my video content to get across a certain feeling, and the fact that so many of you left comments mentioning how the video made you feel makes me so so happy. We are definitely going to work on more videos like that, and it makes me so excited that you all want to see more of that too.
So, thanks aside.. let's talk orange again. The blazer was one I found in store and grabbed instantly - it's very thick so has a great structure, and the colour really is amazing. It comes with a matching skirt, as you can see here, but I really don't think I am going to get much wear out of that or really wear the two pieces together again. While I was loving the Clueless vibes this outfit has, I can't really see myself nipping down to Sainsbury's in this get up.. plus I would look like some off Sainsbury's mascot in the orange.
Thankfully, the blazer works as well with denim and basics as it does with it's matching skirt. That, not surprisingly, will be how I wear it going forward. Especially this pair of denim which I am officially obsessed with. They are some of the best jeans I have ever ever found in Topshop, and I have been wearing them more than any other pair since I got them. It's all about the length, which is a dream with some ankle boots too!
