Shoes: High End vs. High Street
I have a constant growing wish list which is probably a similar length to the Magna Carta. At least 50% of that list is dedicated to shoes, of which I really can never have too many. So these are my summer wish list: a pair of nude courts, easy to walk in sandals, not so easy to walk in sandals, and flats. I thought I would do a little high end vs. high street collection. With the summer sales fast approaching it is important to shop with focus and skill (read: spend a ridiculous about of time deciding what to buy and convincing yourself that spending that much money is perfectly okay.)
From the top, reading left to right:
Nude courts, very essential indeed. Here we have Gianvito Rossi's leather pumps at £425, vs. Topshop's Glory heels at £58. Both classed as 'nude' which has been interpreted completely differently and would suit different skin tones.
The not so easy to walk in sandals as uncomfortable shoes are my wardrobe staple. Alexander Wang Kerry Sandals at £351 (love these so much!) vs. Zara sandals at £29.99
The walkable sandals, I am loving the chunky heels on both of these. Sigerson Morrison sandals at £315 and Zara sandals for £79.99
Finally, the flat sandals. I have been so impressed with my Ancient Greek Sandals that I have been eyeing up another pair, these ones are £95. Or, these amazing ASOS ones for £20!
